  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

7. Liability and Warranty

    • Minor wear and tear resulting from cleaning.
    • Pre-existing damage or discoloration.
    • Damage due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Our warranty covers re-cleaning of areas that were not cleaned to satisfaction if reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
